Noel started working with me about 7 months ago.  I am lucky enough to have a small home gym, and she came to my house.  Her knowledge is beyond anything any other trainer that I have tried ever had.  She evaluated my needs and wants and put together a plan.  We have been working together weekly with amazing results.  I see strength and muscle tone where I didn’t see before.  If you have any problems, she knows what and what not to do.  I can say that she has been a blessing to me and if you want results, I highly recommend her.  If you want someone who knows their stuff, Noel is the right person for you.  Highly recommend!
