I had the opportunity to photograph Noel for her Web page while working with some of her clients. Noel has a tremendous amount of knowledge about the human body as she was instructing her clients how to work various muscles. She has a passion for getting the best work out for her clients in a fun way. I was amazed at how her clients listened to all her coaching and followed all of her directions.

Noel leads her clients by example–If you look at her upper body, it displays how hard she works to lead by example. If I know of anyone needing a physical training coach, I would recommend Noel as a highly qualified person with a great personality. She will guide you through your training goals.
