Hi Noel, I didn’t know if you were aware of what has happened here over the last few months.
Two weeks ago, I came home after spending 70 days in the hospital and rehab. During that time, I had two surgeries and barely made it through. For a good part of that time, Carol stayed in the room with me sleeping on a cot. After coming home, she has been my tireless caretaker, waiting on me hand and foot and now taking over many duties that the nurses were doing when they were here every day.
The reason I am telling you this is to let you know that there is no way that Carol could have done all this if it were not for the work you did with her. I am amazed every day at the amount of energy she has and her physical strength. I can’t thank you enough for the work you put in with her. I have no idea what I would have done if she were “the old Carol”.

Noel has been instrumental in promoting my health. I first met Noel when I was trying to work through a rotator cuff injury. With her guidance I’ve been able to improve my strength and endurance. As a paraplegic her knowledge of muscles and body mechanics have been instrumental in keeping me healthy and vital.
I am stronger and more flexible than I was 20 years ago.
When I started with Noel almost 3 years ago, my physical condition; especially strength was very poor. Noel has gradually built me up to where I am stronger and more flexible than I was 20 years ago. When my husband became ill earlier this year, I was able to provide him with the physical and emotional support that would not have been possible without Noel. I now also play golf 4 days a week and water aerobics very often. Thank you, Noel!

I want to give you a quick update on my husband’s progress following his recent hip replacement. His surgeon and his physical therapist are amazed by his rate of recovery. He was told that he was healing twice as fast as most 70-year-old patients. I thought you’d be tickled to know that that the physical therapy exercises are almost exactly what he’s been doing with you for the past 6 months after he began complaining about pain. His workouts with you were great prep for his excellent post-recovery.

Noel has been working with my friend, Tom for almost two years now. She is a dedicated and caring personal trainer that focuses on Tom’s specific needs. Tom has some balance issues, so Noel will work on core while also building up muscle that would aid him in a fall. She is a total body trainer. Tom’s strength and stamina continue to grow under her care. Tom enjoys working with Noel and loves her upbeat attitude. Tom also likes that Noel has so many different exercises in her knowledge base. I had the opportunity to photograph Noel for her Web page while working with some of her clients. Noel has a tremendous amount of knowledge about the human body as she was instructing her clients how to work various muscles. She has a passion for getting the best work out for her clients in a fun way. I was amazed at how her clients listened to all her coaching and followed all of her directions.
Noel leads her clients by example–If you look at her upper body, it displays how hard she works to lead by example. If I know of anyone needing a physical training coach, I would recommend Noel as a highly qualified person with a great personality. She will guide you through your training goals.

Noel was recommended by an acquaintance as a personal trainer who specializes in working with age 55+ and will make house calls. This was a plus since we were still waiting to be vaccinated and are over 65. And hadn’t exercised in the past 9 months.
We’ve been working with Noel twice a week for 45-minute sessions for the past 3 months. She has focused on improving our flexibility and strength. She uses weights, bands, the floor, the walls, furniture, and now we graduated to core sliders and TRX suspension exercises. Noel brings the equipment, although we already had the floor mats and some weights.
We’ve seen significant improvement. I’ve gained flexibility in my hamstrings and a bad shoulder. We’ve both regained core strength, we are trimmer, posture has improved, and we have regained some arm and leg muscle. The improvements are ongoing since Noel tracks our progress closely and pushes a little bit more each session. She works on protecting AND strengthening our weak spots. (lower back, knees, 1 shoulder).
Noel is the third trainer we’ve tried in the past 4 years. The first one blew out my knees through heavy-weight squats. The second trainer was better but unreliable. They would often just not show up….a lot.
After 3 months, we can attest that Noel is reliable, listens to her clients, creative in using the environment around her, and most important, is knowledgeable about older bodies. We trust her to get us to a better place, pain-free.
The Workout you Love to Hate.
As a student with over 4 years of experience with personal trainer Noel Fayette, I have had many opportunities to experience what true training practices are and how they affect body and mind. Her overall approach is comprehensive, where no one [training style] is anymore, or less important. Rather, it is an approach where the entire training method is applied per session.
Proper form, stretching, and flexibility are just as important as pushing weight, burning out, taking it to failure, or being left panting after supersets… everything in a typical training session receives equal attention.
Often, I find that I have to check my ego at the door, drop down to ridiculously light weights, only to be astounded by the intensity of doing an exercise that is just as effective as if I was pushing weight for a personal best. Frequently, I will joke that there never seems to be a session where I am not sore the next day or days… and to me, sore equals improvement.
I know this may sound strange, but I also dread it as much as I look forward to my next session. I have always been an athlete, and I know how to train, but I cannot push myself as Noel pushes me.
The challenges are there in every session, and I always feel like a million dollars afterward.

I have been working with Noel now for about 5 months. Under her watchful eye I have lost close to 35 pounds and lost 6 inches on my waist. I went from 1 day a week to 3 days as I couldn’t get enough. Having Noel as not only a friend but a trainer has turned my life around. She has too many certifications for me even to mention. I easily give her 5 out of 5 stars, and I highly recommend it.

When I had my first workout with Noel, I was blown away!
I’ve been working out on and off for years and have been with various trainers. When I had my first workout with Noel, I was blown away! She challenged me more than the other trainers did without pushing me past my limits. She was diligent about making sure I had great form for each exercise vital for an optimal workout. She even went over my diet with me and gave me excellent nutritional counseling, which needed major work! Unfortunately, I’ve had to move out of state, so I can’t train with Noel the way I would like. Thankfully we have remained friends, and she still helps me with my goals, accountability, and advice on nutrition and weight training, even with hundreds of miles in between us! One of my favorite things about Noel is that you know that she cares. She is genuine in her desire to improve your life with the wonderful knowledge she has acquired over the years. As a wheelchair user, and after many hospital stays, I never thought I’d get any strength back, but in the time I’ve spent with Noel, she has encouraged and pushed me to new levels. Her knowledge of body mechanics ( especially for someone with older joints) along with nutrition suggestions puts her far above any other trainer I’ve worked with before.
